The comparison identified two positive visual correspondences between the examined 2004–05 Damon Stoudamire Portland Trail Blazers jersey and the in-game photograph from the October 25, 2004 preseason game against the Golden State Warriors. Both characteristics are located on the letter “Z” of the front “BLAZERS” wordmark: a small protruding thread at its lower-left corner and a gray stitch extending beyond the border into the upper black twill surface. Their shape, direction and precise positioning relative to the surrounding red, black and gray twill layers correspond across both images. No conflicting characteristics were identified within the visible and comparable area. Considered together, these localized construction irregularities provide positive photographic evidence supporting the conclusion that the examined jersey is the same jersey worn by Damon Stoudamire in the referenced game.

The examination was conducted through a side-by-side comparison of the examined jersey and the available in-game photograph. The front “BLAZERS” wordmark was enlarged and evaluated while accounting for differences in image resolution, camera angle, lighting, garment curvature and fabric tension. The analysis focused on localized construction characteristics rather than general design elements shared by jerseys of the same style. Particular attention was given to individual thread placement, stitching irregularities and their spatial relationships to the layered black, red and gray twill components of the letter “Z.” Each characteristic was assessed according to its precise location, shape, direction and alignment relative to the adjacent twill borders. The two documented match points were then evaluated collectively to determine whether they formed a consistent construction-based correspondence between the examined jersey and the in-game reference photograph.
