Your enquiry

With your consent, we process your name, email address, message, the related search object and any images you choose to provide to investigate your lead and respond. We record the submission time, selected language and version of your privacy agreement. These details are stored in a protected database and are accessible to authorised PMF editors and administrators. Your message and images are not published. No newsletter subscription is created.

Images and email

Images are converted to JPEG, resized and stripped of embedded metadata. Do not submit sensitive personal information or images you do not have permission to share. The existing mail provider receives only a notification that an enquiry has arrived and a link to the protected inbox; your message, contact details and attachments are not included in that notification. A personal response to your enquiry may be sent by email.

Retention

Enquiries and their private images are scheduled for automatic deletion after 180 days. You can ask us to delete them earlier or withdraw your consent by contacting the controller. Withdrawal does not affect processing already performed. Database backups follow the controller's separate backup retention policy.

Abuse protection

A necessary session cookie protects forms against forgery and duplicate submissions. For rate limiting we temporarily store an hourly changing digest derived from the connection IP, never the raw IP in the Most Wanted tables. These records expire after two hours and are removed by scheduled cleanup. General hosting logs and website statistics are described in the main Privacy Policy.

Processing of the enquiry is based on your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR; necessary security measures serve our legitimate interest in operating a secure service under Article 6(1)(f). Your rights, including access, correction, erasure, restriction and the right to complain to a supervisory authority, are described in the Privacy Policy.
